The truth is, that unless you are pricing your services way too low (which isn’t a sustainable business practice), you will get asked this question sometimes. You spend a lot of non-billable time on things like marketing and social media, replying to customer phone calls, and training your lash artists.
You have to pay for insurance and business fees.
Quality lash products tend to be more expensive.
You invest time and money into training your staff.
And all of this has to come out of the money you earn from lash services. The more your business grows, the more expenses you have, and if you don’t charge enough for lashes your revenue will quickly be eaten away.
